GTA 6 Limited-Edition DualSense Controllers Revealed

Sony Unveils GTA 6-Themed DualSense Controllers

During a recent State of Play broadcast, Sony pulled back the curtain on two limited-edition DualSense controllers designed specifically around Grand Theft Auto 6. Available in either black or white, these are shaping up to be a must-have for any serious fan looking to celebrate the biggest game release of 2026.

What Do They Look Like?

Both colour variants share a consistent Leonida-inspired design language, with a few standout details:

• Pastel pink button icons on the face buttons give the controller a distinctly Vice City-esque Florida vibe
• A blue-purple iridescent shimmer runs along the lower portion of the controller body
• The GTA 6 logo is etched into the touchpad, while the Grand Theft Auto wordmark is embossed on the rear
• Palm-tree-inspired shapes are pressed into the grip texture, replacing the standard PlayStation icon pattern on that section

The overall aesthetic is flashy without being gaudy — very on-brand for Leonida.

Price and Release Date

Both controllers launch on November 19, 2026, the same day as GTA 6 itself, and will retail for $85 each. That's a modest premium over a standard DualSense, and given the detailed artwork and embossing involved, it seems reasonable for a collector's item.

If you're planning to pick one up, keep an eye on retailer listings early — limited-edition Sony controllers tend to sell out quickly around major game launches.

Worth It?

For players who want the full GTA 6 experience from day one, pairing the game with one of these themed controllers is a neat way to mark the occasion. Check our news section for more GTA 6 announcements as November approaches.
